Sharjah airport 1937 , Dubai Airport today

Sharjah airport 1937 , Dubai Airport today

The first video we  saw was black and white and was of Sharjah Airport in 1937 , a vital link between East and West by air. On the other hand we saw how people lived before the discovery of oil; they worked hard but at the same time life was simple and most of them were Arabs and a few Indians. The population in Sharjah was 15,000 but now has jumped to more than a million with different nationalities .They used animals for transportation like camel caravans to travel in the desert and trade; also they used donkeys to deliver food to the airport; also they used dhows for fishing and traveling between Arab Gulf countries. We saw how people communicated with the sheikh and where they had meetings.
Sharjah airport was controlled by British personnel;the staff was Arab and Indian people, there was a hotel in the airport with service but there was no rush, The aeroplane which was arriving at the airport, a 4-engined Hanno, H.P. 42, carrird 18 passengers only and it took 4 days from England to Sharjah and now it will take 6 hours.
The second color video showed people dancing; it shows what is different between 1937 and 2011; the situation has been changed completely. 51 million people are traveling in Dubai Airport in 2011 with different nationalities. People who were dancing are called a flash mob; those types of people are making very good shows for the passenger to make them happy and to break the daily routine.
